GettingBigger

You're the yellow little fish. Move it with the arrow keys.
Eat the smaller fish to grow. Avoid those that are bigger than you.
You may swim all around the scenario, except in the sea ground.
You can also swim through the side borders (you will appear in the opposite side).
Press 's' to toggle music on/off.
Menu and other improvements to come.
Feel free to comment/suggest!!

Nice start - have you thought about using the arrow keys to control acceleration rather than speed? It might give it a smoother feel.

Also if the world was unbound, you could add the fish out of the viewing area and have them swim in instead of having them materialize out of thin air (or water in this case)
A new version of this scenario was uploaded on Mon Jul 04 20:41:22 UTC 2011 no more fish popping out of nothing..

Nice! Just mjrb4's suggestion could help a bit (and maybe making the collision area a bit smaller) But, still fun to play!

Great game! Adding to mjrb4's suggestion of acceleration, the SmoothMover and Vector classes at http://www.greenfoot.org/programming/classes.html allow for easy implementation of acceleration. To see an implementation, check out my Greenfoot project at hhttp://greenfootgallery.org/scenarios/3072 The private method "travel" in the Planet class uses the most acceleration in the project.

When I pause the game it says game over and all the fish disappear. Not a huge problem, just something you might look into.
