Ah, good old pacman... but I agree, it'd be much better if the world was a bit shorter so it fitted without scrolling!

Hmm, I can't play it at all now...
At the moment, these are more like random combinations of characters than random words - I can't see many people pronouncing nzvnbq for example! I wrote a similar program a long while back and came across a similar problem, but found out the "secret" - alternate vowels and consonants, starting with the latter. That way you get sequences of characters you can pronounce!

You can - but it's far neater if the game starts off at a usable speed, or if necessary adjusts the speed when you get to stable hunt so it's a bit slower. Relying on the user to change it to a speed that suits them really isn't the best way of doing things, since if you lock the scenario later and it's at the same speed it'll be pretty much unplayable!
Nice start, have you seen this? http://greenfootgallery.org/scenarios/205

I like the idea too, though it doesn't fit on my screen either - one other thing is that the ball seems to go crazy every so often when it hits the racket - usually at bigger angles.
That's one fast snake. I went for what I'd really do and ate the burgers, but then got a heart attack :(
This is a lot better now - I like the way the crows appear randomly and gradually, it's a lot easier to hold them off!
Are you a Jane Austen fan? This could do with being slowed down quite a bit... it's rather fast!
