Let me know if this is correct. You have three colors (red, green and blue) to be chosen, one to each player. If this is so, then all you need to do is remove the buttons when clicked on. The number of buttons in the world when one is clicked on subtracted from four is the player to get the color of that button. When a button is clicked on and there are two buttons in the world at that time, then the second player gets the color of the button clicked on and the color of the remaining button goes to the third player. As these colors are chosen, they should be set in an array in the world

In the greeps competition, you are only allowed to 'move' once per act. Your 'for' loop would disqualify you. Your 'turnTowards' method is having the greeps turn toward their own locations (facing themselves, if that is possible). After a quick test, I found that when using the actor's own location, the rotation will be reset back to zero (0).

As davmac says, you'd need a JNI conformant wrapper to call this DLL (or any). Also bear in mind that when you succumb to JNI then you instantly forfeit Java's cross platform ability - so it won't magically work on non-windows systems in this case. That aside, in many cases (including this) you can usually find a JNI wrapper that someone else has written and published. As luck would have it, I've actually used this board in the past (built it from a kit a long time ago, before Arduino's became popular!) and used it with Java, so I can confirm it's definitely possible. Check a boolean from another actor?

Is it possible to check a Boolean from one actor using another actor? I am trying to detect if a wall is on one side of an actor (ball) and if the other side also has an actor (player). Hi We're in the same boat. I just learned a little Java using Bluej and lucky for me I found "The Joy of Code" videos on youtube. The videos help me to understand Java better. I'm still viewing them and I'm only on video #3. The graphical aspect is also attractive. In answer to your question there is video capture software that you can find on the internet and then use it on the videos you find on the web. I wish you luck, I'm not much help. :-Donna

Well of course not! Look at your code: <Code Omitted> You need to check if the object has been removed between those two method calls. If you check before the hitPlayer method, the object is always still in the world and so the check has no effect. If you check after the hitEdges method, it's too late.
