I think it should not be allowed until we voted for the scenarios. But after that it wouldn't mater, would it?

Sure; once polling is closed and the results are posted, you can do what you want with them. What happens when a scenario is disqualified? and who determines if all qualifications are met for each scenario? Does the scenario get removed from the collection if disqualified (to avoid users wasting time seeing if you wanted to vote on it or not)? and maybe a comment added to the scenario stating why it was disqualified.

Thanks, JetLennit, but I think Danpost and Gevator are right: it would be unfair to others who did get in during the deadline.

I do not believe allowing updates is a good idea. (1) the qualification should be met by the deadline (end of the month) or the project is disqualified (2) an update could mess up a qualification (ex. a working scoreboard) which could make it disqualified (3)You would have to continually check to make sure all updates meet the qualifications. (4) if a disqualified entry is fixed and uploaded, you would to have to allow it back in the running (making sure it meets the qualification first) That would be a lot to keep up with!

I think there should be a qualification phase before the polling begins so people do not waste votes on scenarios that are not contenders.
