*"I hope I will be able to finish it before the end of the weekend" is what I meant. I'm not sure what you mean mjrb4. Just creating an app like balloons is not that complicated (true, it is not as easy as you Greenfoot developers made it, but I did not expect that). However, when you try incorporate the super classes of World and Actor and such like you use in Greenfoot it becomes very difficult.
Anyway, bottom line of this grand (and foolish) experiment of mine is users: download eclipse. I think I have managed to make the largest fool of myself yet on this site.
If anyone would like, I could upload the source of the game onto the site (as a reference to others).
downloading eclipse and starting from again is the best option when you start converting code you lose the original sharpness of a app
Someone needs to make a Greenfoot app for the iPad.
Well, what should be in it? Just something so you can run your projects, or a complete java compiler?
That would probably only be possible with Oracle I think, since they own java and its compiler technology.
@MatheMagician How is your work doing with Greenfoot on Android?
Okay, the main problem I am having right now is using bitmap and accelerometers. However, everything is fine (its never quite Greenfoot) once you figure out how to make the game loop.
Great job! I'm working on Android also these days.
You can share your problem with us maybe :)
is a program which you can run greenfoot senarios or make apps using the greenfoot ide?
-nic- It's made by my self :-D
my aim is "let the same code make the the effect"
It didn't has an IDE, it's only a lib of classes wich let it possible for Android smart phones can run Greenfoot senarios with the same code
