Land the Plane - Strike for Ypenburg

Around the beginning of may 1940 Holland, and The Hague, as location of the royal residence and home of the dutch government, in particular, was the target of a nazi-german attack to take over Holland. In, and around, Airport The Hague-Ypenburg a heavy battle was fought out between dutch and german forces. Despite being largely outnumbered, the dutch held the airport long enough for the Royal family and the government to escape.

In this short game you are a nazi-german soldier trying to land on the airport.

Good luck!

Note: This game is in no-way a historical representation of anything. The images of the airport used in this image is Airport Ypenburg as completed around 1960.
The plane you control is actually a british plane.
And don't think they got ground control like you hear in the game back then ;)
