This appears to not work right. I have no idea what is going on with this. It works fine on my computer, but here if I am not logged in, it will not work at all, and if I am logged in, the images don't work. Any insights as to that is going on would be appreciated.

The problem is the name of the "Images" directory in your scenario. It should be "images" with lower case, not "Images".
