Instead of the blue squares in the background just 'popping' out of existence it would be much cooler if they faded to transparent.

In the original, they also just 'pop out of existence' ^^ The only difference is that they are getting a bit smaller, but I don't really want to make too many chances on the pictures. Maybe that is the reason why the original game is lagging like crazy on my mobile phone... =/

Thank you! Today, I played this game and some of my other scenarios on my cousin's computer and they were very laggy. On my laptop, there is hardly any lag. It looks like the lag is caused by the pixel perfect collision code since it is always laggy when the player is on a picture of an obstacle. (The pictures are all coded since I don't have a good image editor program to handle transparency.) Also, the obstacles were completely white, although they are actually white and grey. I wonder if something is wrong with his computer... Do you encounter lag?

How is the game's name pronounced? I do get some weird lag on the game, are you using the user info class? I get lag sometimes when my network is spotty.

I have no idea how it is pronounced ^^probably like 'spix'. I only use the UserInfo after dying for the score board. I am pretty sure it is because of the pixel perfect collision code and the big images which need to be checked.

I only get lag when I die.
A new version of this scenario was uploaded on 2015-08-13 14:35:30 UTC - Showing the three best results in the scoreboard now - Obstacles aren't coming almost completely random anymore. They have a fixed amount for every 10 steps in which they are random. So three times left obstacle, three times right, two time right and left and one of both middle obstacles (small and big). It's like the real game now, didn't know that when I created this scenario. - Didn't find a way to reduce lag yet

Oh I forgot, the lag on my laptop isn't that bad. It is playable at least. Can't test on other one, but I didn't change anything to reduce it.

I just noticed that I copied the Highscore table which shows the best three results instead of only the best one from my other scenario without changing how the scores are saved, so only the best one is showing. Doesn't matter too much since it doesn't run online anyway I guess...
