You should either increase the size of the cars or tweak the collision detection: with their current sizes, it's possible to avoid the collision detection.

For some reason it didn't want to start while having it open in my browser, but after downloading it worked fine. I like your implementation! And about people not leaving any comments or anything: it happens. It could also be because people aren't logged in, but when it happens, one's just got to deal with it, I guess.
