49 year old math teacher and cross country coach who volunteered to teach programming last year. Not a professional programmer. Mostly self-taught. But I see emphasis in computer programming as a way to improve math education because the logic and reasoning are so similar in both areas. I also teach College Algebra and AP Statistics.
