Maybe have balloons generate randomly, and have the player drive in to them to pop them? Pretty nice though!

Balloon Jump

Maybe you could have less balloons, but have them be bigger? And then when the player is on a balloon, the balloon shrinks from the player's weight. Keep working on the score board!

This is pretty good. I suggest that your ship should accelerate as it moves instead of moving at constant speed though.
