Arrow keys. Make sure you've clicked on the scenario, or if that doesn't work, try pausing and starting, or resetting.

Looks good so far for your first game. The game would be a bit more playable if you slowed the guy down. Also work on collisions (this may require you to spread out spikes). But so far, this looks really good!
