i load up GreenFoot.exe And then i try to create a new subclass and it wont let me edit it , it says check if Writable Folder? what do i do i was told at School that you need to move it into a You'r Area witch i have if moved to my Documents on my Home PC (I am only user and its my Computer) so i dont know how to start basicly Help

Sounds like greenfoot isn't able to write files into this folder you are using. Is it a read-only or hidden one?

im not sure my computer is just for my profile how do i tell

it says Read-Only (only applies to files in the folder) the other option not Highlited is Hidden

im changing it now i just un-highlited the Read-Only im going to see what happens thanks if it works :P

Nope it just changes straight back to a damn Read-only after i accept it .....

Yes I know this problem. But you can't do anything against it because It's a bug windows has since a very long time and they just don't fix it. You should try to copy the files into a new folder and open this project.

oo i fount out a way i copy the intire folder of GreenFoot to the Desktop its the only place i can put it
