Well a A.I. would be a bit more than just aim and shoot. But your right a very simpe A.I. must be possible. I think I'll try it.

Hi all,
the game has now got a A.I. but it's not the greatest A.I. i think.
So my question: Has anyone an Idea how the A.I. worms could be better?
Would be great if you had suggestion.
maybe your use of this missile is wrog:
First when there is no display (the red circle) you have to mark the target you want to atack and then there is the display and you can shoot the missile.
If you first click at your worm the missile will attack you.

Again I improved the A.I. (they will not kill themselves as often as before).
Also I added 5 new maps, and fixed some buggs.

I want to add some new weapons to the game but I only got a view ideas.
So if you have got any ideas for some crazy weapons please tell me.
Yes I also have thought of nuklear weapons but on a such small map it would be realy heavy.
But the idea with the far level is god.
I think I'll put that in one of the next versions.

Added some new things like worm-names and a team-healthbar.
Also improved the AI.
To make the screen smaler I would have to change all images and more or less the whole code.
That would be very much work.
But if you give me your e-mail I can send you the game as a .jar version.
Then you just see the game and not your browser around it.
what do you mean be the terrain?
The textur is just an image which is set to transparency when something destroyes the world.
The real terrain is just a black and white background. The worms can see the color of the background and so they now when then have to fall and when they have to stay on the groud.

Now you can create your own teams and save them so that you woun't have to create new every time you play.
Also added a new menu structure.
So you can change some new settings like the keys you use or the music volume.

Because of the unfortunately not working FileReader or Writer on the webpage I now deleted this parts to make the game work again.
