Delivery Optimizer

This is a concept I was exploring for a business that had service and/or delivery people. If the business could collect all their orders and then group them so that their employees would have to drive as little as possible, that would be cool!

P.S. - This won't actually run online because I am using a text file to store the info. It should work if you download it though.
