Hey, It sounds like that may be caused by the images not being static - in this case each image is loaded whenever it is needed in the animation which would slow things right down. If you want to give it another go then that's where I'd suggest the cause of the problem probably is. Incidentally, we're aware this really isn't the nicest way to handle images at all so there is talk of some sort of speedup mechanism in the future. Michael

Fair play, I have to give it to the 'it's not a bug it's a feature' cry! Perhaps a bonus score would be better than an impossible accuracy?

Just played it again and it froze with two left this time. If you're having difficulty locating the problem or fixing it for some reason then just shout and we'll have a look at the source and try to help you out :-)

Another point, the AI seems to get stuck (at least sometimes, perhaps all the time?) when there's just one of it's draughts left - just flashes constantly without doing anything. Is this a bug, or just a really clever tactic of taking an infinite amount of time to move so you can't win? :-)
If you hold a button down and click I think that's the same as a right click, so it's possible, but as far as I know there's just one button. Apparantly the apple engineers tried to squeeze two on but just couldn't do it!* *Not really true of course, I just have a bad habit of making even worse mac jokes ;)

Hmm agreed, perhaps it'd be clearer if you just always clicked on the space you wished to jump to?
I think there's only one button on a mac ;) ...but on proper laptops (I'm going to get slaughtered for saying that :P), there's still usually only two :P

Nice scenario! A few touches that could be made (animating the birds for example) but overall it's a really nice idea :)
