rxtxSerial.dll run on Windows 10, 64 bit

Hi All, Would like to ask if anyone can successfully run rxtxSerial.dll and RXTXcomm.jar on Windows 10, 64 bit machine environment? It ran OK on Windows 10, 32 bit with Java 32 bit installed on 32 bit machine. Now installed Java 64 bit on Windows 10, run the same greenfoot program, it fail on rxtxSerial, here is the error message C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_212\bin\rxtxSerial.dll: Can't load AMD 64-bit .dll on a IA 32-bit platform thrown while loading gnu.io.RXTXCommDriver try both 32 bit Java and 64 bit Java, all fail. try both Greenfoot 3.5.4 and 3.6.0 too. Thank you!

Do you create and add a Counter object into the world? What is your Actor class substructure like (what extends what)? What is the current codes for the bullets and the aliens?
