Is there any way to save a project as a runnable JAR, or some other common file extension? Thanks :)

Saving With Another Extension
First press File->Share, just like you were going to upload to the Gallery. But then click on the 'Application' tab at the top of the export window. This will allow you to export your scenario as a Jar file :)
