Bevore the Update there was a Scenario Information Button. But now there isnt... Where can I write or read the Informations about my Scenarios now?

Well, you can go directly into the scenario folder and open the README.txt file. Other than that, I'm not sure. I don't use that feature.

Choose "Scenario Information" under the "Scenario" menu.
