Do you mean scrolling bars on your game? Or scrolling bars in the browser. If it's in your game, the only time I've encountered this is when I start a game with a specific resolution, then try to set the world to a world with a bigger resolution. The app only stays at the resolution of the first world. If it's in the browser, it depends on your monitor resolution. I believe most people have at least a 1280x720 monitor, and I don't usually see scenarios that exceed that resolution. Almost all of my games are in the default 600x400 resolution. I personally like it and feel it is a good resolution for the games on the site.

i mean in the game, my monitor resolution mostly is 1920x1080, so i never get the problem with bars in the browser. Would u mind trying my diamond collector scenario? it has only one world, but the bars are still there

I don't get it either. I remember some sort of similar problem with something, but I don't remember the details. I sometimes get this when I'm playing a game with UserInfo stuff, sometimes the game doesn't load correctly or something, and I get a blank screen with scrollbars. I just refresh or click the restart button whenever I get this and it usually works. But I don't think that's the problem you're having. It may have something to do with your current version of java (make sure it's updated to the most recent one) or your browser, but I can't think what may cause this...
