Greenfoot for Chrome OS?

I was thinking about getting a Chromebook for school and I was wondering if I could somehow get Greenfoot on it?

I don't know much about Chrome OS, but from my understanding it's not possible to install any software on it? Is that wrong?

I dont know much about it, too, but wouldn't the normal linux package work?
