So, either use a image editor that supports transparencies, or download and use this.
What do you mean by photoshop? FYI I meant microst paint but short formed it.
Also does photoshop come with windows vista, if not is it 100% free? (I don't want to pay XD )
How do you use it?(sorry I toke so long.)
I googled IDK and found Internet development kit! :-)
I would highly recommend Paint.NET , it's free, it supports transparency, and it's packed with tools. Just click on the link to the right to download.
