I was able to control the ladybug with arrow keys like move and turn her, by the run button but not the act button, how could you do that?

I can't understand your question; It's wording is impossible to understand.

The simulation must be running for the system to fetch keyboard and mouse actions. A single 'act' cycle does not execute those fetches.
