The competition deadline (23:59 on 23/03/12) is one minute before I turn 17! :) I probably won't start the project for a while though - swamped with homework at the moment. Still, there's over 2 weeks to go, and as I generally program quite quickly (though occasionally this means I later have to go back and refactor my code) that should be plenty of time Good luck!
