Where did the Edit link go on discussion posts?

That is strange!! Now they are showing!! :? Is there some sort of time limit on editing posts? I have noticed within the past week, that there has been no edit links next to items I have posted (like there used to be). Is this something that has been removed (intentionally)? or, has something gone haywire?

Yes, it was removed intentionally as it was being abused. The best way to make an amendment to a discussion is to add another post rather than edit an old one - that way, people can see your train of thought, and the chain of conversation makes more sense. You are still allowed to edit the most recent post in a discussion.
