Sorry for the delay, I overlooked this message. In Greenfoot itself, we don't really collect any data (besides Greenfoot version and Operating System version) so we don't have a privacy policy. The website has a field for age but its optional. I think the closest thing we have to a licence is the GPLv2 with classpath exception that the code is released under (it's not really about use but it may satisfy a checkbox).
