Well, it looks like you didn't post it on the site. If you posted it with source code, you can re-download your scenario from the last time you updated it.
Sadly, since you didn't do that, it doesn't seem to be a way to recover it. There are some programs that will try to recover files, but there is no guarantee you'll get them back.
If you did what you said, and dragged the files there and it overwrote them, you can try CTRL+Z to undo. This might not work, if you've edited some more, or closed the window. Even if you did close the window, you should try CTRL+Z to see if it will work.
Always put your backup in separate folders. Always.
Ctrl + Z didn't work. I guess I have 4 hours to catch up on then...
Sorry about that. Well, when rewriting, it should go quicker, and better, since you already know what to do, and you may realize something to make the code better, or apply a new way to accomplish something.
