I want hit detection that uses the actor's graphics.
@Entity1037, the Actor class methods 'getOneIntersectingObject' and 'getIntersectingObjects' uses the intersection of the images (if any part of one image overlaps any part of the other) for detection purposes.
Oh... I wish I knew that sooner! DX
Thank you.
I want animated giff images to work! That would make animation much easier!
Entity1037, if I have time (and, more importantly, I remember to get around to doing it) I'll make an image slicer library for use with GreenfootImage, which would mean sprite sheets can then be used easily.
I would like a built-in scrolling thing and a gravity thing
I'd like an auto-code completer.
Draymothisk, there's sort of one built in, but it could do with improvement. Pressing Ctrl+Space will bring up the autocomplete box - the problem is that it only autocompletes methods.
@Entity1037 there is one, try edit->import class->GifImage
Also, I want a handler of the scenrios' rendering, what about a
void draw(graphics g)
or
void draw(Canvas canvas) method..
I want to render things with anti-alias effect
also I want the order of act/paint could be modified in int number
like a method
void setActorOrder(int order)
for each actor to let actors from the same class could have an order.
(this could be useful for developing 2D games in 45 degree sight)
Sorry, stated that wrong. I meant I wish I had my code all written for me whenever I thought up a game idea. x)
Hahaha :P Nooooo, the coding's the fun part!
