Can someone please tell me why I am unable to publish my scenario. Every time I click share it says "publish failed: cannot assign requested address: connect". Any suggestions?

Problem
It sounds like a network problem with your computer, but it's hard to be sure. I've never seen that error before. Do you have firewall or security software which might be interfering with Greenfoot's network access?
Let me rephrase it:
Do you have any firewall or security software? (if so, it might be interfering with Greenfoot's network access). You could try disabling such software to see if that allows Greenfoot to run, for example.
It still didn't work. Oh well, no worries I will continue to play around and figure something out. Thank you for your help
I've seen a similar error before (not in Greenfoot) if I remember rightly, when the same port was being used elsewhere. With that in mind, only other thing I can think of would be to shut every other program down (including any system utilities running in the background) and then try again. If that does solve the problem try re-introducing the programs one by one to see which one is the culprit.
