Any scenario you upload to the Greenfoot site will basically be in a collection (of scenarios the were uploaded by you). As far as how to upload: Click on the 'Share' button in the top-right corner of the Greenfoot frame, make the appropriate entries (title, description) , adjustments (screenshot, tags), and checks (locked, include source) and click the 'Export' button.

It should be to the right of the scenario's window and above your Actor class and World class tree structures. You could also select 'Share...' in the 'Scenario' drop-down menu OR just press 'Ctrl-E'.
