pretty cool! You may want to make the Iron a bit more common and the diamond a bit less common. that would make it seem more natural.

i think you could program a button to reset the map. that way i wouldn't have to keep clicking the reset. then i could scroll through randomly generated worlds by continuously pressing a key instead of clicking.

addObject(new LiquoriceLog(), x, y-1*16); is the reason for the *16 beacuse each block as it were is 16 pixels high?

I remember I downloaded this when It was an earlier version. It didn't have coal in that version. I'm actually using it for a scenario myself. Its posted on this website, however that one is an earlier version. The newer version (which I left on my school's computer, and its spring break now so I can't get it) is much better.
