PlatFormed v3

Directions:

arrows : move left/right
up: interact with gates
down: pick up items
space: jump
d: attack
hold d: repeat attack
hold d while moving: repeat attack in same direction

when in a dialog box, esc or x closes it, arrow keys select option, and enter confirms option

monsters have 3 hits each. the player has 3 hits and 3 lives.

There are only 5 screens for now.
