You control the man and collect the bombs. The flashing cars are trying to run you over. You can use "enter" to enter and exit the green vehicle, you can't collect bombs but the cars cannot run you over.

i /almost/ beat it. cop got me at the last bomb when i was getting out of the car. really nice concept, being able to control the vehcile
