This is not a bad start, but I keep bumping into houses even though it looks like I'm going past them. Maybe you need to add a distance check when you pick up a collision to make sure that the car has really hit the house, or use a smaller invisible actor at the same location as the house and check for collision with that instead.

Game play is actually pretty good, and technically it's not bad either, but the game story (having to plant bombs in front of houses) is pretty horrible. A good game is made not only by good implementation, but also by a good story. I don't think this is one.
hmm, how about destroying a house or anything to collect hostage ? :D
or, if wrong house destroyed, will get penalty ? hmmm.. :D:D

I think the idea of collecting hostages is an improvement. And the images are clipped much better now. It would still be nicer if it was something other than houses being destroyed.
Sometimes, houses appear on top of the car when I am driving around. Then the car just bounces back and forwards with no way to avoid it!
