I think the effect is really cool, but it seems to be fairly processor intensive. Maybe I have not such a stellar machine :D

It would be very intensive because the images are calculated and changed pixel by pixel.

Wow, this could be used in a lot of games, does the torch light up the baby as a whole image or pixel by pixel? what I mean is can you light up part of the picture?
