Bulbasaur Used Bullet Seed!

The monsters don't hurt you yet.

Bulbasaur shoots seeds and you can get rid of the monsters that way.
I'm having an issue with the monsters(charmanders) not walking across the entire platform or ground area. If anyone can help with that I would be greately appreciatiive!
