Midi Music Player

Here's a support class you guys might like. It was from my stuff from 08,
but I fixed up the code a bit, and documented it and stuff so it's
easier for people to use.

Description:

Midiplayer plays a midi file for you. It can repeat if you wish it to.
You must put into the WOrld's stopped() and started() methods
lines of code that will stop the midi player or else the music will
keep playing after you reset!!!
