I like the way the lobster's eyes pop out when the crab goes by.
Just one problem is that the images are too small for the text, for example in the menu screen it says
1 playe
2 playe
and there is not enough room for the score after it says "player 1".
This is probably because I am using OpenJDK instead of the original JDK in Linux with all open-source fonts (they probably have slightly different width/height ratios)
yes, I think that's the reason... just say me how to improve it, i don't have any method to get the width of one letter, have I?
if you want to see the source, here it comes! (I bet it's more difficult to read than the compiled hex-code >.<)

I might be able to make an animation of a worm coming out the sand using the GIMP (by modifying the worm image from the original crab tutorial scenario). And if I can, how do I send it to you?

if you also use the gimp, i you don't need to do this. actually i was too lazy for that work and maybe there's an easier way...

I doubt that there is another way.
But I would recommend just taking the worm image from the original crab scenario and modifying it so that the worm sticks out more every frame.
