Greenfoot and Kinect - Calibration

When a Kinect scenario starts up, the Kinect needs to calibrate. That is, it needs to try to find the people in its view.

To do this, stand in front of the Kinect sensor and adopt the calibarion pose: stand straight, hold your arms out with hands at about head-height (see image below). Hold this pose until the Kinect recognises you.
