Multi-chat

Finally, a way to communicate with other members of the Greenfoot Gallery. An instant-discuss if you will. Come here, ask for help with something, or just talk. It doesn't really matter!

Note: Every 300 game-ticks, it checks for messages from 30 players which results in a slight lag. I may be able to fix this...
