Problems with game for IT class

Hi everybody,
please help me with my game for IT class, my problems are:
The Actor jumps throug blocks sometimes, i cant make the enemy move only on the blocks and the actor animation has to go back to picture one after running.
I hope someone can help me, im stuck here since 2 days.
